“Nicole's renovation of this charming old farmhouse, both inside and outside, is a work of art and no doubt a labor of love.Clean rooms.Modern bathrooms.Beautiful property.Great breakfast.One caution: the staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom is probably unsuitable for older people. .”

“We found listing to be accurate beds were comfortable and air conditioners in each room was a bonus. Grounds were maintained and house was well equipped and nicely decorated with an appreciated welcome basket. Highly Recommend”

“Great experience at the Todd Hill farmhouse! Thank you for having us. It is well equipped and such a restful and expansive hosting space for a large group. I will note, this is the second year coming and we always struggle with the coffee pot when trying to make a full 10 cup pot it tends to overflow and not drain correctly. Other than that, was a great stay! Thanks!”

“This is a lovely home in a beautiful setting, but maybe best enjoyed in seasons other than winter. Our Christmas stay here was pretty rough - not entirely the fault of the host, but we had to leave a day early. We arrived in 20 degree weather. The heat did eventually keep up, but signs posted in the inside the home had erroneous information about the use of the wall heating/cooling units, and that took some time to sort out and warm the place up initially. The place was big enough to accommodate...

“Room not very clean found two types of bugs in our room. Was told hotel was totally sold out and we couldn’t extend our stay and it wasn’t sold out. Then Expedia said there were rooms but I would have to do a new order and get yet another hotel mandated card hold. The breakfast was also terrible and when your family is facing something terrible, this was the last thing we needed”

“This was a nice hotel with clean rooms but we had a couple of issues with maintenance that were not resolved as quickly as they could have been. The property is not within walking distance of anything as there are no sidewalks so had to drive everywhere.”
